21. Provide the following spare parts:

a. One spare “circuit board” or “switching card” (depending on manufacturer), of

each type used.

b. One power supply assembly unit.

c. One spare surge suppression.

F. Components:

1. If the installation includes a 2-channel program distribution system, it shall consist of

the following components:

a. Two (2) program power amplifiers.

b. CD player with a mini 1/8-inch stereo input jack and RCA inputs.

2. Master Control Panels:

a. The intercom system shall have a minimum of 5 program inputs (2 microphone

and 3 auxiliary), each selected by a programmable dialed code with full aural and

visual monitoring device by means of a built-in monitor speaker and LED output

level indicators, and separate "All-Call" and "Emergency" announcement

facilities.

3. Program Preamplifier:

a. The program preamplifier shall have an output rating of 1.5 volts into 10,000

ohms at less than 1 percent distortion from 40 to 15,000 Hertz.

b. Frequency response shall be flat within +2 dB over this range.

c. Microphone inputs shall be balanced 150 ohms.

d. Auxiliary inputs shall be 500K ohms unbalanced with a 0.25 volt sensitivity.

e. Provide a tone control.

4. CD Player:

a. CD player shall be rack mountable on the intercom equipment rack and shall

have the following key features:

1) CD –R/RW Playback Compatibility.

2) +/- 12% Pitch Control.

3) Instant Start.

4) Direct Track Select Buttons.

5) User Preset Functions.

6) MP3 Playback Compatibility.

7) Repeat Mode (Single Track/All Tracks/Program and Random Repeat).

8) Coaxial RCA Digital Output (SPDIF).

9) Frequency Response: 20 Hz – 20kHz.

10) Total Harmonic Distortion: 0.007%.

11) Power Supply: AC120V, 60 Hz.
